Pregnancy is full of lots of physical and emotional changes.

Your hormones are raging, your center of gravity has moved, organs are shifting, muscles are stretching and the family unit is preparing for this new person. Its exhausting and your body holds all of that tension.

Massage therapy has been proven to reduce physical discomfort, lower blood pressure and decrease stress. Physical touch is a key component in Oxytocin production.

Adding massage therapy to your pregnancy self-care routine is a very beneficial thing to do. Schedule your session today using the form below!  All massage sessions are added to packages a la carte style.

Also- we feel that it is never too soon for a pregnancy massage!

Likewise, after the baby has been born, massage therapy is a great way to facilitate healing.
All of the same benefits that are achieved through pregnancy massage are equally helpful post-baby as well.

The first six weeks after birth, your body is still full of the hormone relaxin. Relaxin is the cause of your loose joints and ligaments. Working with this hormone helps your body bounce back a bit faster.

Erin has been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2002. She has advanced training in pregnancy and postpartum-specific bodywork. In addition, she is skilled in relaxing Swedish massage, craniosacral therapy, acupressure, and Reflexology.

Hope to see you soon!
