Communication, Comfort and Positions (2 hours)
Topics include: Birth Partner communication, non-medical pain relief options, comfort measures, medical pain relief options, and positions for labor and birth.
Birth: The Process, The Pain, and The Positions (3 hours)
Topics Include: Birth partner communication, birth plan writing, fetal positioning, the labor process, non-medical pain relief, comfort measures, medical pain relief, and positions for labor and birth.
How, When, and Why Full Series (9 hours)
Topics Include (but not limited to): Birth partner communication, birth plan writing, pregnancy complaints and testing, the labor process and stages, VBAC, pain relief, interventions, and the welcoming hour after birth. Whatever questions YOU have about labor/birth!
Available as a 3 Week Series (3 hours each) or a one-day 9-hour class.

This 2.5 hour class is designed to help grandparents learn to interact with their grown (now-parents-themselves) children as well as current evidence based information for the care of their new grandchildren. All in an upbeat and fun way to help you embrace and enjoy your new role!
